The Service is provided by PERAPOLE YAZILIM VE BİLİŞİM TEKNİK SAN. TİC. A.Ş., established at Philipp-Reis-Straße 10, 63128 Dietzenbach, Germany (“Peraxion”, “we”, “us”). If you use the Service on behalf of a hotel or company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
1. The Service
Peraxion is a hotel-assistant platform. Guests can scan a hotel’s QR code and chat with the hotel’s AI assistant, and hotel staff can configure the assistant, manage content and handle guest requests through a web panel. Features may change, improve or be discontinued over time.
2. Accounts
- Staff accounts are created by an authorised administrator. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- Guests use the assistant without an account; these Terms still apply to that use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service unlawfully or in breach of third-party rights;
- upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
- reverse engineer, scrape or resell the Service except as permitted by law;
- submit content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or that you are not authorised to share.
4. AI-generated content
Assistant responses are generated automatically using AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. They do not constitute professional advice. Hotels are responsible for the content they use to train the assistant, and for reviewing assistant behaviour. You should verify important information (for example prices, availability, health or safety matters) before relying on it.
5. Customer content
Hotels retain ownership of the documents, Q&A and other material they upload (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and use Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions for the Customer Content you provide.
6. Subscriptions, fees and credits
- Paid plans, usage-based charges and credits are described at the point of purchase or in your order. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of taxes.
- Subscriptions renew for successive terms unless cancelled before the renewal date. Usage that consumes credits or metered AI capacity is billed as incurred.

7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, trademarks and content (excluding Customer Content), is owned by Peraxion or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.
8. Third-party services
The Service integrates third-party providers (for example AI/LLM, hosting, payment and messaging providers). Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party acts or omissions.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peraxion is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for security, legal or operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time; certain provisions survive termination (including sections on content, IP, disclaimers, liability and governing law).
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Republic of Turkey shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you reside.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
