Having read and understood the Information Notice of PERAPOLE YAZILIM VE BİLİŞİM TEKNİK SAN. TİC. A.Ş. (“Peraxion”), where processing cannot be based on another legal ground under the KVKK, I give my explicit consent, on a free, informed and specific basis, to the following:
1. Processing for quality and improvement
The processing of my chat messages and related usage data to train, evaluate and improve the quality and accuracy of the AI assistant.
2. Transfer to third parties and abroad
The transfer of my personal data, to the extent necessary to deliver the Service, to Peraxion’s service providers and sub-processors — including AI/LLM, cloud hosting, email, push-notification, search and analytics providers — some of which may be located outside Turkey, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
3. Commercial electronic messages
Where I have provided contact details, the sending of commercial electronic messages (such as newsletters, campaigns and product updates) to those details, in accordance with applicable electronic-communication rules.
4. Scope and withdrawal
I understand that giving explicit consent is optional and that the Service can be used without consenting to processing that is not strictly necessary. I may withdraw my consent at any time by contacting info@peraxion.com. Withdrawal takes effect for the future and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, nor processing that continues to rely on another legal ground.
