This policy applies to subscriptions, plans and credits purchased for the Peraxion platform from PERAPOLE YAZILIM VE BİLİŞİM TEKNİK SAN. TİC. A.Ş. (“Peraxion”). It supplements our Terms of Service.
1. Nature of the products
Peraxion provides digital services only — access to the platform, subscription plans, and usage credits for AI features. There is no physical shipment.
2. Delivery
Access is delivered electronically. Once payment is confirmed, your plan or credits are activated on your account, typically immediately and in any case without undue delay. If activation does not occur, contact info@peraxion.com and we will resolve it or refund the affected amount.
3. Billing and renewals
- Prices and billing periods are shown at checkout and in your order summary.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You can cancel future renewals at any time; cancellation stops further charges but does not, by itself, refund the current period.
4. Right of withdrawal and refunds
Where you qualify as a consumer, statutory withdrawal rights under applicable consumer-protection law apply. Please note that for digital content and services that begin with your express consent before the end of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal may not apply once performance has started.
Subject to the above, refunds are generally handled as follows:
- Service failure — if the Service is materially unavailable due to our fault and we cannot remedy it within a reasonable time, you may request a pro-rata refund for the affected period.
- Unused subscription period — refund eligibility for the remaining period is assessed case by case, taking into account usage already made.
- Consumed credits and used AI capacity — amounts already consumed are generally non-refundable.
5. How to request a refund
Send your request, including the account email and order details, to info@peraxion.com. We aim to review requests promptly and, where a refund is approved, to process it within 15 business days to the original payment method.
6. Payment provider
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Refund timing to your card or account may also depend on the provider and your bank.
